Rehabilitation Services - Physical and Occupational Therapy

These ailments all have one thing in common; a person with any one of these can gain relief and healing through C.A. Dean's Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Department. Our Rehab department provides patients with the professional treatment that helps restore normal function, improve mobility, and achieve a greater degree of independence. Our treatments encompass all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics.

  • Balance, walking and vestibular problems
  • Cardiac Rehab – Outpatient Phase 2
  • Elderwell Adult Independent Exercise Program
  • Ergonomic and Workspace evaluations and treatment for work-related injuries
  • Knee and hip replacements
  • Pain management including arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and neck or back pain
  • Severe sprains or strains, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and plantar fasciitis
  • Therapy following an injury, fracture or surgery
  • Splint fabrication
